Free shipping on all orders over $75 — domestic and international.

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Policy

We want you to love your Elanora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@elanora.comwith your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label within 1 – 2 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help with exchanges. Email us at hello@elanora.comand we'll arrange a one-time exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3 – 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take an additional 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elanora.comwith photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
